How Business Boost 360 AI handles information in the Salon CRM. Last updated 11 August 2026.

Overview

Business Boost 360 AI ("we", "us") provides a Salon CRM used by salon owners and their staff to run billing, customers, appointments, staff, inventory, packages, loyalty and reports. This policy explains what information the product processes, why, and what choices you have. It applies to this website and to the Business Boost 360 AI Salon CRM application.

Information We Collect

The CRM processes the information you and your salon enter or generate while using it:

  • Salon/account information — salon name, branch details, address, contact number, business settings and subscription status.
  • User/staff information — name, login email, role, attendance and salary records entered by the salon.
  • Customer information entered by the salon — customer name, phone number, visit history, notes and preferences.
  • Appointment information — bookings, services selected, assigned staff, date and time, status and follow-ups.
  • Billing/invoice information — services and products billed, discounts, amounts, payment mode recorded and invoice history.
  • Loyalty/reward information — wallet balances, cashback earned and redeemed, packages and reward activity.
  • Inventory information — products, stock levels, purchase and usage records.
  • Usage/application information — basic technical data such as pages or screens opened, device and browser type, and error logs needed to keep the service working.

We do not collect card numbers or bank credentials through the CRM. Online payment checkout is not currently enabled.

How Information Is Used

  • To provide the CRM features the salon uses — billing, appointments, customers, staff, inventory, packages, loyalty and reports.
  • To authenticate users and keep accounts and salon data separated.
  • To send bills, reminders and messages that the salon chooses to send to its own customers.
  • To respond to support requests raised by the salon.
  • To fix errors, monitor reliability and improve the product.
  • To manage the free trial, subscription status and account activation.

We do not sell information, and we do not use salon customer data for advertising.

Customer Data (Salon Responsibility)

Customer records inside a salon's account belong to that salon. The salon owner decides what customer information is entered and is responsible for collecting it lawfully, informing their customers where required, and keeping it accurate. We process this information on the salon's behalf so the CRM can work.

Salon owners are responsible for the access they give their staff and for removing access when a staff member leaves.

Account and Security

Access to the CRM requires a login. Each account is tied to a salon, and users only see data for the salon and role assigned to them. Keep your password private; do not share logins between people. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been misused.

Data Retention

Salon and customer records are kept while the account is active so the salon can access its history. If an account is closed, the salon may request export or deletion of its data by writing to us. Some records may be retained for a limited period where needed for backups, security or legal reasons.

Third-Party Services

The CRM runs on third-party cloud hosting and database infrastructure, and uses messaging channels such as WhatsApp or SMS when a salon chooses to send a bill or reminder to its customer. These providers process data only to deliver the requested service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the messaging channel you use.

Communication

We may contact you about your account, trial, subscription, support requests and important service or security notices. Messages sent to salon customers are initiated by the salon, not by us.

Cookies and Analytics

This website and the CRM use only the storage needed to run the application — for example keeping you signed in and remembering basic preferences. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Basic error and performance logging is used to keep the service reliable.

Data Security

We use encrypted connections, authenticated access and role-based permissions to protect data, and access to production systems is limited. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim any certification or compliance audit that we have not completed.

Your Rights

Salon owners can view, correct or delete most records directly inside the CRM. You can also write to us to request a copy of your salon's data, correction of information, or deletion of your account. If you are a customer of a salon, please contact that salon first — they control their own customer records.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. The updated date at the top will change, and material updates will be communicated through the app or by email.
