By creating an account or using Business Boost 360 AI, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a salon or business, you confirm you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Business Boost 360 AI is a web-based Salon CRM for billing, customers, appointments, staff and salary, inventory, packages, loyalty and cashback, messaging of bills and reminders, and reports. Features described on this website are the features available today; anything marked "coming soon" is not part of the current service.

You must provide accurate salon and contact details when registering, and keep them up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping login credentials confidential. One account is intended for one salon business; additional branches follow the plan you are on.

• Ensure the information entered into the CRM — services, prices, customers, stock and staff records — is accurate.
• Collect and use customer information lawfully, and inform your customers where required.
• Control which staff members have access, and remove access when someone leaves.
• Use messaging features responsibly and only to contact your own customers.
• Keep your own copies or exports of any records you need for accounting or statutory purposes.

Staff accounts must be used only by the person they were created for, within the permissions given by the salon owner. Staff must not share logins, alter records without authorisation, or export customer data for personal use.

Customer records entered into the CRM remain the salon's data. We process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell salon or customer data.

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading messages.
• Do not attempt to access other salons' data, break authentication, or probe or overload the systems.
• Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or rebrand the software.
• Do not upload malicious code or content you have no right to use.

• Every new salon gets a 30-day free trial with the full module set. Nothing is charged during the trial.
• After the trial, the plan is ₹599/month for Business Boost CRM, covering 1 salon branch.
• Online payment checkout is not currently enabled. Subscription payment and activation are handled manually — contact support and your account is activated once payment is confirmed.
• If a subscription is not activated after the trial ends, access to the CRM may be limited until it is.
• Prices may change in future; we will inform you before a change applies to your account.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the account is used in a way that harms other users or the service, or if a subscription remains unpaid. Where reasonable we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue, and you may request an export of your data.

The Business Boost 360 AI software, design, branding and content belong to us. Using the service does not transfer any ownership. The data your salon enters remains yours.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. There may be downtime for maintenance, updates or issues with third-party hosting or messaging providers. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment at this time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. The CRM is a business tool — it does not replace your own accounting, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your business records.

We may add, change or remove features as the product develops, and we may update these terms. The updated date at the top will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
